Do I need two licences for the desktop app and a server?
No. One licence covers you on the desktop app and on your own server, together.
Can someone else use my licence?
A licence is for one person. Nifty is built for one owner, so each person who uses it needs their own.
What happens when my year of updates ends?
Nothing stops. Nifty keeps working, with all your data, on the last version your licence covers. Renew whenever you like to get newer versions.
Which currency will I pay in?
Pounds in the UK, euros in Europe and US dollars everywhere else. UK and European prices include VAT; outside the US, the dollar price includes tax too, and in the US sales tax is added at checkout.
What happens when the free trial ends?
Nifty becomes read-only: you can still open, search and download everything. Add a licence and carry on where you left off. Nothing is deleted.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Email us within 14 days of buying and we’ll refund you in full, no questions asked.
Do I have to pay every year?
No. You pay once, and Nifty keeps working. Renewing for another year of updates is up to you.
Where’s my data?
On your own computer or server, in one folder you can back up. We never see it.
How much is a renewal?
